Who provides Glimyo
These Terms govern your use of Glimyo, provided by Amigo Softcom LLP, LLPIN AAY-3370, registered with limited liability in India. Our registered office is C1202 Bestech Park View Spa, Sector 47, Gurgaon, Haryana, India — 122018. Contact shashank@amigo.gg for support or legal questions.
Your account and acceptance
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business whose content and accounts you use. When you request a sign-in code with the Terms notice shown, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. We record the versions against your account after successful phone verification. Existing signed-in users can review and accept the current version in Account & privacy. Keep control of your phone number and report unauthorized account access promptly.
Optional analytics and advertising are separate choices. You can use Glimyo with them turned off. Sign-in SMS messages are for verification; accepting these Terms does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Your photos, website imports and content
You retain the rights you have in your inputs. Only upload or import content you own or are authorized to use, including photographs, logos, trademarks and any person’s likeness. Public availability is not permission to reuse content. Website import is a limited, one-time copy for review and does not establish ownership or keep prices synchronized.
You authorize us and the providers needed for your selected features to store, process, transform and deliver your content to provide Glimyo. Connecting an agent or publishing a post authorizes the disclosures described in that flow. This permission does not allow us to use your uploaded content in public marketing without your permission.
AI output and your review
AI can change product details or produce inaccurate images or copy. Check the product’s appearance, materials, quantities, prices, offers and claims before using an output. Do not present a generated scene, testimonial or endorsement as evidence of a real event or customer experience. Use required AI disclosures and preserve provenance information where provided.
You may use and edit outputs for lawful business purposes, subject to applicable law, third-party rights and platform rules. We do not promise exclusive copyright, uniqueness, error-free output or a particular advertising result. Illustrative samples on Glimyo are examples, not actual customer results.
Social publishing and personal agents
Direct publishing is limited to supported accounts and features enabled in your workspace. Review and authorize the exact post or schedule before submission. A post already being sent may finish after cancellation or disconnection; content already published must be managed on the destination platform. The platform’s terms and policies also apply.
Only connect agents you trust. They can receive data and perform actions within the permissions you approve. Revoking a connection stops future access but cannot recall copies already received. Do not share provider secrets or someone else’s login credentials with an agent.
Acceptable use
Do not use Glimyo for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or non-consensual content; impersonation; fabricated endorsements; child sexual abuse material; or attempts to evade security, access another workspace, overload the service or misuse connected platforms. Report harmful content, rights complaints or security concerns through our grievance contact.
Early access, allowances and availability
Glimyo currently offers free early access with limits shown in the product. AI allowances are usage limits, not money or transferable balances. Features may change or be unavailable, including provider-dependent imports and publishing. See the billing policy. Signing up does not authorize a paid subscription. Any future paid purchase requires a separate, clearly presented price and agreement.
Ending use and handling problems
You may stop using Glimyo and request deletion. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to address abuse, security threats, legal requirements or serious breaches of these Terms. Contact us to dispute a restriction or resolve a service issue. Keep your own copies of important business content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian law applies, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you, and disputes may be brought before a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We identify changes with an updated version and provide additional notice or seek acceptance where needed. Our Contact & grievances page identifies the responsible person and request process.
