You can request deletion of your Glimyo account and workspace, or ask us about specific information. A request is reviewed before deletion; this page does not trigger immediate erasure.

Request account deletion

1. Open Account & privacy and sign in with your registered phone number.
2. Choose “Delete my account and workspace”, review the consequences and submit.
3. Keep the request reference and return to that screen for our response. You can cancel a request before review starts; after that, contact us promptly.

If you cannot access your phone, email shashank@amigo.gg. We will use a proportionate ownership check before acting. Do not send an OTP or identity document unless support explains why it is necessary and how to provide it securely.

What the request covers

Account deletion covers your login account, workspace brand details, uploaded and imported images, products, saved creatives and linked integration credentials, subject to any necessary legal retention. We review related analytics records, publishing snapshots and connected-agent records as part of the request. The final response explains the action taken and any exceptions.

While a request is pending, your account remains active. Cancel scheduled posts in Social and disconnect integrations if you want activity to stop now. Deletion cannot recall a post already published or data already received by an authorized agent or third-party provider. Contact that recipient for its own copies.

Instagram data and disconnection

Disconnecting Instagram in Social removes its stored credentials and cancels pending posts, but does not delete your Glimyo account, original creatives or posts already on Instagram. A valid Meta data-deletion request removes the connected Instagram data, publishing snapshots and statistics handled by that integration. For broader account deletion, use the request flow above.

Retained information and backups

Some records may need to be retained for security, legal obligations or disputes. Backups can contain earlier copies. We will explain any remaining records and retention when responding; we do not promise immediate deletion from every backup or third-party system. Closed request records are retained in the active database for 180 days to document handling, then removed by scheduled cleanup.
